    Setting up the shot
    • Prop the phone at hip height, 2–3 m away, with you head to feet in frame.
    • Record a clip and hold the pose: Sama times how long you stay in line (score 80 or above).
    • Practise barefoot with hands uncovered: Sama checks foot direction, heel line and wrist and palm position too.
    • Fitted clothes and an uncluttered background give steadier readings.
